You wish your loved one a meaningful use of the day
That gives you and your loved one perspective again
Supporting your partner, one of your parents or other family member with an assistance issue such as NAH, dementia or for example a problem in the autistic spectrum, asks a lot of you as a family caregiver. Both practically and emotionally. A meaningful use of the day with things he or she likes to do gives you and your loved one perspective again.

Meaningful and active within opportunities
You could use some help with that
Reestlandhoeve Care offers supervised volunteer work and/or a nice, relaxing day. Day care where together with your loved one we look for activities that match his or her talents and interests. Through which your loved one experiences a valuable completion of the day. He or she remains part of society and comes home with his or her own experiences and stories. It gives you the space to fill in the day in your own way and to recharge. And it gives your loved one the opportunity to feel of value again, make social contacts and be active.
Any day at Reestlandhoeve Care
In consultation, anything is possible.
We offer day care on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
Every morning is walk-in between 9 and 10 am. We start with coffee and tea, often with our own baked cookies. Then we start with the activities. We coordinate this personally with everyone. During the lunch break we have lunch with freshly made soup and sandwiches you brought yourself. For those who need it, there is a moment of rest afterwards. The afternoon usually consists of walking, games or other exercise activities. At 3 p.m. we round off together again with coffee and tea. On Wednesday, the morning looks a little different
We then get vegetables from the greenhouse or vegetable garden and prepare the hot meal together. The rest of the morning is devoted to movement to music, chair yoga, etc. and good conversation. During lunch we then enjoy the homemade hot meal. Reestlandhoeve transportation
Is there no own transportation to and from the day care? Ask what the Reestlandhoeve can do for you.
At Reestlandhoeve Care, attention to quality of life is key
We maintain short lines of communication with the home front. Appropriate to the support need, you as a family caregiver are involved as much as possible through scheduled conversations, reports and informal contact.

Thinking along about appropriate support
So that you both have a great day again
At Reestlandhoeve Care we strive for a sustainable situation in which attention is given to your neighbor with a need for help and to you as caregiver. Because more pleasure in life ensures that life remains worth living. We like to think along with you and support where possible. For example, outpatient assistance in the home situation to learn to live independently or to continue living at home for as long as possible. Appropriate support can be:
- (Re)organizing the household and daily life;
- Assist in putting and/or keeping records in order;
- Education on dealing with certain issues;
- Discuss future prospects.
We do this in conjunction with case managers and other professionals within the health care system so that we can provide as much customization as possible.
