Practical information Reestlandhoeve Care

Funding for guidance

Reestlandhoeve Zorg has contracts with several municipalities (WMO-ZIN) and care providers and we offer support through Wlz-PGB. For municipalities with whom we have no contract, in some cases a CGO (client-specific agreement) or WMO-PGB is possible.
Support is provided depending on what the allocation offers; group support, individual support and/or transportation. If there is no indication, the support can also be financed from the client’s own resources.

Transportation for supervised volunteers

People come to the Reestlandhoeve in different ways. Public transportation is not among the possibilities. Where possible, people come independently, with their own transportation. The Reestlandhoeve provides transportation for people who live within a municipality with which a WMO contract has been concluded and who have an allocation for ‘transportation’. The Reestlandhoeve does not provide wheelchair transportation.

Electronic client file

We work with a digital client file. If desired and in consultation with the care recipient/caregiver, it is possible for care professionals to have access to and/or make contributions through this system.

Ensuring quality

To ensure our quality, Reestlandhoeve Care works with the quality system ‘Quality shows’.

Trial period to discover if the Reestlandhoeve fits

It is important that the interpretation of the day matches the interests and qualities of the participants. Having a click with the Reestlandhoeve and the various activities is relevant. Not only for new participants but also for the functioning of the group.

This is not always easy to estimate in advance. Therefore, we start with a trial period of 2 months, so there is time to get acquainted and get used to the situation. If after 2 months there appears to be no click and there is no prospect of improvement of the situation, we advise to look for another interpretation. If necessary, the Reestlandhoeve will advise this.
